JOb summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our
team. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who specializes in target oriented sales of
technology training products and is proficient in enhancing and implementing robust
sales processes.

Ensure team adherence to legal and company policies.
Must-Have Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field; Master’s
degree preferred.
● At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial
role.
● Proven track record in achieving sales targets, must be target oriented.
● Ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively, and achieve sales targets.
● proficiency in using CRM platforms to manage sales processes.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Willingness to relocate or commute daily to Thrissur.

● Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales
targets.
● Implement and optimize sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and
effectiveness.
● Utilize CRM platforms to streamline customer interactions and sales operations.
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand
existing customer base.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
● Maintain excellent relationships with students/parents/teachers/colleges and
other stakeholders through superior communication and interpersonal skills.
