Aitrich Academy was established back in the year of 2011 as an internal training division of Aitrich Technologies, with the objective of producing skilled Software Engineers to fulfill the talent demands of its Software Engineering Services Division. From its inception, Aitrich Academy has been committed to nurturing and honing the talents of aspiring professionals to meet the evolving needs of the technology industry.
Our projects and clients alike mandated the need for highly proficient engineers, specialized in the development of advanced frameworks and tools for web and mobile applications. In addition to their technical expertise, these engineers were also required to be excellent team players, adept in CI/CD tools and practices, and proficient in agile development methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban. The expectations for code quality and solution delivery were meticulously high, and thus demanded an exceptional level of skill and proficiency.
After experiencing repeated setbacks in hiring suitable talent from the market within budget, Aitrich Academy was established as a comprehensive solution to foster and nurture the exact skill set required by projects and clients alike.
Right from the outset, our approach has been to offer hands-on experience through self-organizing teams working on real-world projects, with each member taking ownership of their tasks and having a clear vision of their responsibilities. Our objective was to transform the otherwise arduous and mundane process of technology learning into a dynamic and exhilarating experience of working in a high-performance software development team.
