We are currently recruiting an experienced Software Project Manager with experience in leading software development teams. - Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress continuously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Lead and mentor the project team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct risk management, identifying potential risks and devising mitigation strategies.
- Review deliverables prepared by the team before client submission.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Resolve project issues, conflicts, and deviations to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
- Interface with software developers, QA teams, UX/UI designers, and other technical staff.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients and gather feedback for refinements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 of software project management experience in the software development industry.
- Proficient in project management software tools, e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
